Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 50% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE)

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 362.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 28.00 € per visitor.

The price includes

Direct entry to the Doge’s Palace without waiting in line, tickets to the Doge’s Palace, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 14 people.

Meeting point

The meeting point with the guide will be in front of the “Porta della Carta” of the Doge's Palace, 15 minutes before the booked time. The guide will have a sign with your name.

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.
We advise you to wear comfortable shoes.
