In the following centuries there were numerous reconstructions and extensions, the domes were raised in the 13th century and decorations were carried out in the 15th century. Finally, between the 14th and 16th centuries, the Baptistery, the Chapel of San Isidoro, the Sacristy and the Zen Chapel were built.
Once completed, this basilica was a perfect blend of the various artistic currents that followed one another over the centuries.
