Dante Alighieri lived in Verona from 1303 to 1304 and from 1312 to 1318. This private tour will allow you to relive the city in the time of the Supreme Poet and visit in particular the places he frequented during his exile in Verona. What was Dante's relationship with the city's Jewish community? What was the famous Arena like in the 14th century?
This tour will cover the whole city, starting with Piazza dei Signori, also known as Piazza Dante, and the Scaligere Arch, then passing by Romeo's House, the Jewish Synagogue, Piazza Duomo and all the famous places of Verona that saw the Poet Supreme pass by.
