These religious individuals, known for frequently invoking the name of Jesus, dedicated themselves to caring for the sick and producing perfumes and liquors. Currently, the Archaeological Museum hosts a collection of artifacts primarily from the Roman era, unearthed in Verona and its surroundings. Inside, you can also admire items from 18th-century collections, such as that of the renowned numismatist Jacopo Muselli. Furthermore, the ancient Roman Theatre, one of the best-preserved in northern Italy, was constructed towards the end of the 1st century B.C.
