Where do I pick up the ticket
The day of the visit you will have to show your voucher in the reservation desk of the Accademia Galleries. Remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Remember
If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.
In case of temporary exhibitions, the entrance price foresees an increase.
Remember that you must show an identity document at the entrance, in case of having reduced price tickets.
Please do not include children under the age of 6, people with disabilities and their companion in the booking request. In these cases reservation is not necessary.
