Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 360.00 € up to 4 participants. From the 5th visitor, 60.00 € extra charge per person.
An extra charge of 100,00 € has to be added in case the chosen language is not Italian, English or French.

The price includes

Direct entry without waiting in line, entrance ticket, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 5 people.

Meeting point

The meeting point with the guide will be (looking at the facade of the Basilica) on the right side of St. Peter's Square, OUTSIDE the colonnade, in front of the Vatican Post Office. Remember to arrive 15 minutes before the booked time. The guide will have a sign with your name.

Remember

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.
At the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica there will be an airport-style security check; so please leave liquids and sharp objects at home or in the hotel and bring a light bag.
The entrance to St. Peter's Basilica is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats).
Warning: strollers are not allowed inside the Basilica.
We advise you to wear comfortable shoes.
On the day of the visit, the participants of the Vatican Mosaic Studio tours are OBLIGED to show a valid identification document to the Vatican Gendarmerie (only identity cards or passports will be accepted).
