A single ticket, valid for 7 days, allows you to explore the heart of Rome with access to the Monument to Victor Emmanuel II, known as the Vittoriano or Altar of the Fatherland, which includes the panoramic terrace, the Central Museum of the Risorgimento, and Palazzo Venezia with its museum. The Vittoriano is the main monument dedicated to the first king of Italy, Victor Emmanuel II, and is a symbol of the nation and its democratic and European values. The Altar of the Fatherland, designed by Giuseppe Sacconi and decorated by the sculptor Angelo Zanelli, has housed the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier since 1921. The Central Museum of the Risorgimento is a must-visit to understand the Risorgimento. Palazzo Venezia, which was a papal residence, as well as for cardinals and ambassadors, is an ancient and majestic 15th-century residence in the heart of Rome. Its gardens, historical halls, and museum transport visitors back to the glories of the Renaissance and Italian artistic tradition.
