Meeting point

The meeting point with the guide will be in front of the Mondadori store in Piazza Duomo 1 (under the arches), 15 minutes before the booked time. The guide will have a sign with the tour name and the Milan-Museum logo.

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded. 
In case you do not take part of the tour you will not be refunded.
The reservation request is subject to confirmation.
The entrance to the church is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats).
During the summer, we advise to wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun. There are no toilets or bar on the terraces. We advise you to wear comfortable shoes, especially for the ascent to the last terrace: the 82 remaining steps are narrow and of a slippery marble.
The tour is not accessible to disabled.
Strollers are not allowed to the terraces.
In case of bad weather the terraces may be closed for safety reasons. In this last case, a total refund of the tour will be provided.
