Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 240.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 60.00 € per visitor.

An extra fee has to be added in case you choose a special language (Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Greek, Polish, Russian or Turkish).

The price includes

Local products tasting, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 14 people.
