Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

The price includes a fixed fee of 255.00 or 295.00 euros for the guide service (depending on the chosen language) + 45.00 euros for each adult and 30.00 euros for each child.

Meeting point

Your guide will be waiting for you in Piazza della Signoria, in front of the Loggia dei Lanzi, and will have a sign with your name. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the tour.
