Baptistery of San Giovanni, this fascinating structure, where faith, history and art come together, was considered by the Florentines of the Middle Ages as an ancient building, dating from the Roman times of the city a pagan temple transformed into a church.
Santa Reparata was one of the largest Paleo-Christian complexes in Tuscia, its importance is even more accentuated if one takes into account its position in front of the Baptistery, eight meters higher than the current Cathedral.
