Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 210.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 20.00 € per visitor.

An extra fee has to be added in case you choose a special language (Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Greek, Polish, Russian or Turkish).

The price includes

Direct entry without waiting in line, entrance ticket, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 14 people.

Not the usual tour! For art lovers, this tour is not to be missed. With an expert guide you will visit the houses of two key figures of art in Italy: the great collector Stefano Bardini, famous for having had among its "customers" the Louvre of Paris, and Rodolfo Siviero, the 007 of art, famous for his recovery activities of the works of art stolen by the nazi.

Meeting point

The meeting point will be in Lungarno Serristori 5, in front of Casa Rodolfo Siviero. The guide will have a sign with your name.
